Yes! You can enter the recipient's name and address at checkout. My jewellery is sent carefully packaged in a gift box or organza gift bag ready for gift giving (or treating yourself!). If you'd like your order sent with a hand written gift message, please tick the 'gift' option at checkout, otherwise the messages are printed on the invoice.
Where multiple items are ordered, they will be sent in a single gift box or gift bag unless otherwise requested, this is to keep the postage cost to a minimum for customers.

Many of my pieces are adjustable or available in different size options which can be selected when ordering. If this option is not available or your size is not listed please contact me before ordering and I will try to help.

Most items are shipped within 1-5 days of ordering. You can select from Standard or Tracked shipping at checkout. Standard shipping is untracked, the services are Royal Mail First Class within the UK, and Standard Airmail for overseas orders. If you require tracking please select the Tracked Shipping option at checkout.

Delivery times can be very variable depending on various factors such as time of year, weather, postal service delays, customs checks etc, but I suggest allowing at least 7 business days for UK orders to arrive, and at least 12 business days for overseas orders. The environment is very important to me and so I make every effort to use recycled and sustainable packaging materials wherever possible. My jewellery cards, business cards and tissue paper are all made from recycled materials and my bubble wrap is re-used or biodegradable. My mailing envelopes are made from paper and corrugated card, no plastic.

If you are contacting me regarding an order, you can also click on the Convo link in your order confirmation email or the purchases section in your Etsy account page.
